A local news station in Philly did a feature on a metro driver named Tracy Holmes-Williams, because she’s got a great attitude and people love her.
Her philosophy is spread joy and make everyone feel good, because you never know what they’re going through. They call her train car “Tracy’s Trolley.” She’s been at it 26 years.
