Rick Shone is running for mayor of Winnipeg, Canada. He recently announced a “cycling-infrastructure plan” that included plans to reduce bike theft.
An hour after his speech he stopped in a store and left his bike outside. When he came back out, his bike was gone. Later he said “I feel so stupid, I was inside for two minutes.”
