SPRING VALLEY – A lighted Christmas Parade will delight those in attendance Saturday in Spring Valley. The annual parade will kick off at 6 PM from Hall High School through downtown and ending at Greenwood Street. The celebration will continue at the Mini Park with the lighting of the city tree. The yearly parade is organized by the City of Spring Valley and the Grow Spring Valley organization.
