OGLESBY – A Wenona man has made his second donation to the Illinois Valley Community College agriculture program. Daryle Wragge gave $1,000, his second donation, at the IVCC Agriculture and Job Internship Fair in January. That event last month attracted 17 businesses and around 50 students.
