Lewis Capaldi experiences Tourette’s episode during performance, crowd takes over singing

FRANKFURT, GERMANY — While performing in Germany Tuesday evening, Lewis Capaldi experienced an episode of Tourette’s that left him unable to finish his final song of his set.  His audience stepped in without missing a beat and continued “Someone You Loved”.  Capaldi began throwing all of the remaining guitar picks he had out to his fans.  The performer publicly shared his diagnosis last year.
