Georgia man arrested after St. Patrick’s Day pursuit

MARSEILLES – A Georgia man is facing multiple charges after a pursuit on Friday afternoon that ended with a crash in LaSalle County. Around 4:15 PM on St. Patrick’s Day LaSalle County Deputies became involved in a pursuit near Ottawa. After a single vehicle crash near Marseilles, 26-year-old Brian A. Archaga-Chirinos of Marietta Georgia was taken into custody. He is being held on charges of Felony Aggravated fleeing and eluding, Possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and possession of stolen registration. He is currently being held at the LaSalle County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
