Man pronounced dead in rural Earlville single-vehicle crash

 
EARLVILLE – One man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Ophir Township on Friday. According to LaSalle County Coroner Richard Ploch, one male occupant was pronounced dead after the crash that occurred at East 9th and North 40th Roads near Earlville. An investigative autopsy was conducted on Saturday and the incident is under further investigation by the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office and LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department.
