Kewanee Police arrest two juveniles, two adults in connection with fatal stabbing

KEWANEE – Two teenagers and two adults were arrested in connection to a fatal stabbing according to authorities. The Kewanee Police Department says
on Saturday they responded to the area of North Lakeview Avenue and Hope Way for a report of a disturbance and found 38-year-old Clifton Parks of Kewanee on the ground suffering from multiple stab wounds. Parks was later pronounced dead. Officers eventually located and arrested four individuals connected to the incident, a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, 34-year-old Justin Kentner, and 35-year-old Andrea Peach all from Kewanee. The 14-year-old male was arrested for the preliminary charges of Mob Action and Aggravated Battery. The 16-year-old male was arrested for the preliminary charges of 2nd Degree Murder and Mob Action. Kentner was arrested on the preliminary charges of Aggravated Battery and Obstructing Justice. Peach was also arrested for Obstructing Justice. The investigation into this incident is still ongoing.
