NAPLES, FL — A Florida man jumped a fence and sat inside an unlocked patrol cruiser until he saw people exit the police station. He proceeded to hide in the bushes until the coast was clear. He then shoved a hose under door and caused an inch of flood damage. He checked out the men’s locker room, took a shower, and then helped himself to some apparel. He walked away with a cap, pants, uniform shirt, and a bulletproof vest.
After leaving the police station he stopped at 7-Eleven and the employee there made police aware of the man who was suspicious and thought he may be under the influence.
Once detained he admitted to being under the influence, however, he did not recall what he did.
