HERNANDO COUNTY, FL – Florida man needed to charge his cell phone and broke into the patio of a home in Hernando County. The owner of the home noticed the stranger sitting on her patio when she went to let her dogs out. She contacted authorities who arrived and spoke with the man. They found a baggie or heroin on the table next to him, as well as additional drugs and paraphernalia on his person. The man originally claimed that he thought he was at his girlfriends home, and then admitted that he did not know her address.
