Many still without power after Sunday snowstorm

OTTAWA — Commonwealth Edison say the utility is adding 262 more crews in its effort to restore power following Sunday’s blizzard.  Over 15,000 customers in northern Illinois were without electricity late Tuesday, most in Chicago’s northern suburbs. LaSalle County still had over 300 without power Wednesday morning, and over 120 in Grundy County still in the dark.  Around 8 inches of snow fell at O’Hare International Airport, and over 11 inches was reported in Rockford.
