OTTAWA – Founder of the Perfectly Flawed Foundation, Luke Tomsha, shared his story on addiction with Ottawa’s city council on Tuesday. For over 10 years Tomsha said he struggled with heroin and prescription opiates, but now he’s breaking the cycle across LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam counties. The Perfectly Flawed Foundation partners with local businesses, medical agencies and educators providing resources to families affected by drug addiction. The Perfectly Flawed Foundation will have a meet and greet at their office in LaSalle on March 14th for those looking to volunteer and learn more about the organization.
