So a quick run down of this list of things you shouldn’t do in the morning since they actually end up making you more tired. Hitting the snooze button… check email or social media… leave your bed unmade… drink coffee before 9:30… and get dressed in the dark. Makes since why I’m always tired in the morning, since I do just about all of these except getting dressed in the dark. I can barley get my clothes to match when the lights are on, I don’t need to complicate things even more.
