JACKSONVILLE – A teen from Streator has died after a shooting in downstate Morgan County. The Jacksonville Police say last Tuesday 19-year-old Maurice Cunningham was found beaten and shot in the 600 block of Jordan Street. He was taken to a Springfield hospital where he succumb to his injuries Friday. No arrests have been made in the incident that authorities are calling a homicide. The funeral for Cunningham will be Saturday in Streator.
