Getting Kids Ready for School is the Equivalent of an Extra Day of Work

Parents are superheros.  A lot of the times they don’t get nearly the amount of credit that they deserve.  I don’t have kids but I remember what a hassle I was for my mom to get me out the door and to school on time.
Getting the kids breakfast, making their lunches, breaking up any sibling arguments, checking that they brushed their teeth, does Joey have on matching clothes… and are they clean.  All the things parents have to do to make sure they get their kids to school before that bell rings adds up to an extra full day of work each week.  So parents drink as much coffee as you need to make it through the work day because being a parent can be exhausting.
