Lowest COVID-19 death toll since March 30th, IDPH announced

SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department on Public Health announced 738 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state with 14 additional deaths. This is the lowest death toll in Illinois since March 30th. The daily death count has decreased steadily since the 24th of June. There have been a total of 142,461 cases in the state since the start of the pandemic with 6,902 deaths.
