After months of anticipation, Seattle has finally released the Kraken.
It was confirmed on July 23rd that the incoming Seattle expansion NHL team will be named the “Seattle Kraken.” Its name, logo, and uniforms were all unveiled Thursday and have been met with high praise via social media.
You can tell from Twitter that Seattle residents are stoked to have a hockey team once again. The NHL welcomed their latest expansion team, the Vegas Golden Knights, just a few years ago.
