OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department reports 21 new Covid-19 cases in LaSalle County. Saturday, the department reported that the cases range in age from a teenage boy to a woman in her 100’s. The 21 new cases is the highest number the county has seen for a single day. Yesterday, the state announced that LaSalle County joined a warning list of 3 other counties. LaSalle County made the list because the number of cases and emergency room visits in the past 7 days exceeded what the state wants to see.
Peoria, Adams, and Randolph Counties are the other counties on the state’s warning list.
