LaSalle County some of the lowest gas prices in the state

OTTAWA – The American Automobile Association this week released the latest average gas prices statewide, and LaSalle County is below the state and national average, coming in at $2.10 per gallon. DeKalb County is among the highest, at $2.30 per gallon, above the national average of just $2.19 per gallon. Livingston County is at $2.15, Putnam at $2.17, Bureau at $2.23 and Marshall at $2.23. The Illinois statewide average according to AAA is $2.28 per gallon. Last year the state average was around fifty cents higher.
