Livingston County reports 177 new cases over the weekend of COVID-19

PONTIAC – The weekend brought more new infections of COVID-19 in Livingston County, with the health department reporting 177 total new cases on Monday. Authorities say 113 new cases among residents and 64 inmates at the Pontiac Correctional Center. Since the pandemic began, 12 residents have died due to complications of COVID-19, however no residents or inmates are hospitalized at this time. There are 236 active cases being reported by the Livingston County Health Department.
