LaSalle Fire Department captain to retire, honored by city

LASALLE – The city of LaSalle honored fire captain Dean Tieman for his service after his announcement of retirement. The now-former fire captain of the LaSalle Fire Department was presented with a plaque for 32 years of duty to the city. Fire Chief Andy Bacidore who is also retiring, acknowledged Tieman’s civic-minded contributions to the community, including his work on establishing LaSalle Fire Station No. 2 on 5th street.
