LASALLE – LaSalle’s public library will be getting a new heating , ventilation and air conditioning system. According to Mayor Jeff Grove, the current HVAC system is about 20 years old and costs the city thousands of dollars annually in maintenance and energy costs. Mayor Jeff Grove says the city will use TIF funds to finance the nearly $170,000 project. The city plans to follow those updates with a new electrical system.
