STREATOR – Illinois American Water’s Streator District has a new facility. A ribbon-cutting was held with employees and the Streator Chamber of Commerce at their new facility located at 1301 West Main Street. The new 12,000 sq. ft. facility represents an investment of approximately $3.8 million in the Streator District. It includes expanded equipment storage and a maintenance garage with five garage bays as well as dedicated operations and maintenance areas. Training space is also provided to support employee safety.
