Gas prices steady, but remain high

 
UNDATED – Gas prices remain high, but steady during the month of April according to the American Automobile Association. LaSalle and Putnam County County both average a price of $2.98 per gallon and Bureau County not far behind at three dollars per gallon. Despite gasoline demand mostly increasing this month, the national gas price average has seen little movement, fluctuating up or down by only a penny or so, now at $2.88 per gallon.
