OTTAWA – The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team took four individuals into custody on a number of charges after an ongoing investigation into drug sales in LaSalle County. On Wednesday, Tri-DENT along with the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop and arrested 41-year-old Tiffany R. Daniels of Streator and 38-year-old Fredrick C. Dutton of Tonica, both charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, a Class 2 Felony. They were taken to the LaSalle County Jail. Daniel’s bond was set at $500,000 and Dutton’s at $750,000. During the course of the investigation, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Bailey Creek in Tonica. Taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine was 43-year-old Caprecio D. Patterson of Marseilles. An Ottawa woman, 32-year-old Carlee S. Conrad was taken into custody in Ottawa on the same charges. They were taken to the LaSalle County Jail. Patterson’s bond was set at $350,000 and Conrad’s at $250,000.
