Doctors have been forced to make difficult decisions about who receives blood transfusions and who will need to wait until more products become available, say officials. In Livingston County, there will be two blood drives this week. Today at t First United Methodist Church in Fairbury from 11:30am to 5:30pm and Wednesday at Pontiac Township Senior Community Center from 11am to 5pm.
