SPRING VALLEY – A dog park will be coming to Spring Valley. Casford Park, located north of Illinois River on Spaulding Street, will have a fenced in area, benches and trash receptacles. The city said they would like to be able to add additional pet friendly toys to the park and more benches. They said If you would like to donate to the Dog Park for added features please contact City Hall.
