MENDOTA – The Mendota Police Department are investigating a incident where shots were fired Saturday evening. Before 7 PM authorities say they were called to a location near the intersection of 4th Street and First Ave, where residents reported hearing at least five shots and witnessed vehicles allegedly speeding away. No injuries were reported. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Mendota Police Department.
