“Chocolate to Die For” ice cream recalled because it could allegedly kill people

Belfonte Premium Ice Cream based out of Kansas City, “Chocolate to Die For” was recalled because it could allegedly kill people.  The label does not state that it contains peanuts. All cartons affected were sold in stores in Missouri and around Tulsa, Oklahoma.
