OTTAWA – The Ottawa Police Department is continuing investigative efforts in the search for a missing Ottawa woman. According to Captain David Gualandri, the continued investigation for 45-year-old Tina Donovan is no longer associated with a ground or water search. Earlier last week, Illinois Department of Natural Resources Conservation Police suspended their search at Starved Rock State Park, where Donovan’s vehicle and belongings were found. Gualandri says although evidence suggests that Donovan entered the Illinois River near Starved Rock’s Lock and Dam, they’re covering all bases, including re-interviewing witnesses and routinely checking financial records.
