SPRINGFIELD – Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White has extended the closure of his offices statewide due to the ongoing pandemic. The offices will remain closed through January 4th, 2021. The expiration dates for driver’s licenses and ID cards have been extended until June 1st. 2021. Secretary White encourages those who need plate renewals and other services to visit www.cyberdriveillinois.com. Drivers who have Commercial Licenses and new drivers will be able to use the facility in Princeton for those purposes only.
