STREATOR – Streator High School will be gaining a learning lounge thanks to a donation received on Monday. Over the summer a remodel will take place to add new seating, flat panel televisions and a mix of standing and sitting areas for up to 30 students. The donation of $5,000 from State Farm agent Theresa Solon was presented to Superintendent Matt Seaton. This will be one of many upgrades to the High School that has been undertaken this year on a building that was built in 1923.
